CAP19 Course Materials
CAP19 course materials are exclusively available on this site. Materials are submitted by faculty in advance of their presentations and are subject to change. We recommend you check back often to ensure you have the latest version.
Many of the courses have a corresponding electronic evaluation. Return to this page after the course to complete these evaluations as your feedback helps shape future annual meetings. During the courses with electronic evaluations, you will also receive a link to the evaluations approximately 10 minutes prior to the end of the course via the email you used to register for CAP19. Note: Evaluations will only be available through Monday, September 30.
This site will close on November 18, 2019 and will be the last day to:
- Access course materials
- Claim CME/CE credit for CAP19 courses
- Complete self-assessment module (SAM) activities
