Thank you for your willingness to present at the CAP22 Annual Meeting. Resources below will assist you in your preparations.
Faculty Resources
NEW resources for CAP22 are provided to faculty to help create high quality education materials. Prior to submitting your presentation, ensure you review each slide to ensure that all images are your own. To protect you and the CAP, use non-copyright protected images in your presentation and cite using AMA style.
Course Materials Due August 22, 2022
A presentation in Microsoft PowerPoint will be required for each course. Course presentations, materials, or pre-recordings for virtual courses are due August 22, 2022. If you have any special AV requirements, prework, or needs for your course, please contact us.

Course Materials Submission Instructions
- Use the CAP22 template. CAP staff are available to assist if needed.

Faculty Photo and Biography Submission
Your photo and brief biography will be used to market and promote your CAP22 course. Review the guidelines to create a brief biography.
- Biography Guidelines
- Supply a professional headshot: recommended image size is 8×10, 300 ppi. JPEG format is preferred.
- Submit both your photo and biography here
Faculty Registration and Travel Information
Faculty presenting in person will receive instructions to register for CAP22, travel and reimbursement guidelines and instructions on registering for the annual meeting in May.
